We have always had a great experience with Banfield. They always call after the visit to check on my dog. Recently he had some sudden paralysis of his back legs. Dr. Prather got him in immediately without an appointment and referred us to A&M for emergency spine surgery. She called ahead so they were expecting us when we arrived. It really helped us out! Highly recommend them.

Banfield was there when I needed them. My 17 year old chihuahua stopped eating and drinking water one day. When I knew something was up and it was time to get help, his regular vet office was closed due to it being a Saturday. I called several different places before I got to Banfield who said they would try hard to squeeze him in, and they did. He ended up needing a major dental extraction done, and in the following days his little body started to give out from all the work it was doing. Banfield did the best they could to get Bruiser back on his feet again, and when it was obvious it was time they did their best to make him and me comfortable. The staff were all polite and helpful, and it was very comforting to receive updates on Bruiser throughout the day. In the end it was his time to go, but I am very grateful for how caring the vet's and vet tech's were with Bruiser and our last day with him.

All of the employees here clearly love animals! Our dogs have always been treated wonderfully and they love going to the vet!

I went to Banfield Pet Hospital inside PetSmart as my dog needed a special prescription dog food. Our local veterinarian sent the Rx there and the nice folks helped out by providing me with a card and helping locate the correct dogfood. They were professional, kind and eager to help make my visit as convenient as possible. Five stars plus!
