This place is so wonderful. My puppy was sick and I could not get her in my regular vet so I was able to get an emergency appointment here (the fee was 75 for a emergency visit and the other hospital it was $115) it wasn’t just the price difference, every single staff member we encountered was so nice and respectful and welcoming. The dr was so caring and knowledgeable. She was so detailed and explained everything and answered our questions and took her time. It was the little things to like she didn’t want to set my puppy on the metal table because she didn’t want her little paws to be cold. I will happily drive to Willis for our future pet appointments. This place has set the bar high and I can no longer go anywhere else.
I had a great experience at Stone Ridge! The staff was so nice and professional. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Dr. Bedore didn't rush through the appointment, but took his time examining my pet, explaining what was wrong with him and treatment options. Definitely going back again!
Brought our beagle in for his first dental cleaning abs the results are UNBELIEVABLE. I have before and after pictures that look like a completely different set of teeth. And best part- his horrific breath is gone! Thank you so so much! Awesome experience
Waited over 45 minutes in a little room to see doctor. Never came. No one told me why the wait. Finally left. Do not recommend this place. People seemed nice. Just unconcerned.
We had a wonderful first visit here with our pup, Keira. Our vet tech was Becky, and she was phenomenal. Becky took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!!) Becky was so kind to us, and really great with our pup! Our pup was stressed out at first-but became very happy and relaxed with Becky’s care, even after getting vaccinated!nnBecky was so smart! She was like an encyclopedia of dog information. Highly recommend this vet clinic!!!!ud83dudc36ud83dudc9c
