Everyone there was absolutely phenomenal. My dog had passed a few days ago and I could really tell that these people cared. They kept me informed and they took the extra step into explaining everything to me. I got to meet the doctor and she and her techs personally took care of me during this rough time. They even got a paw print from my bud for me.nExtremely informative, impressively caring, all of my animals will go here from now on.
This is the only place I would ever take my “kids”. The staff is awesome and all the vets are awesome. But as Kerrville grows so does the need for vets and I have to realize this is not like it was 35 years ago. I hate to see it get so big and loose it’s personal touch.
Kerrville vet clinic provides care for our two dogs and two cats. The office staff is kind and professional. We’ve received nothing but the highest quality care for our furry family. I especially love when we are able to get in with Dr. Biggs. She is so passionate about her work and it shows in the level of care she provides.
My dog was not feeling well over the weekend. I was so glad they were able to see my dog in such a short notice when other couldn't. They were very helpful and understanding.
Had a great experience on the attention that was given to my HOMBRE (my dogs name) he had been sick for the last 2 day's..I had never been here but I go by every day a n.v d see a lot of customers out t HF ere so I decided to take Hombre there they treated me like if I was one of there preferred customers..highly recommend thanks to 45 minutes later Hombre feeling much betternnTHANK YOU...
