Had to get my male cat fixed. Alamosa took us as a walk-in. Very satisfied. Courteous, friendly service.
People who rite down there bad experiences, do not get contacted by them.. they should answer all comments not just the good ones,,, they put my best friend to sleep due to parvo,, bad mistake didn’t bother do try anything..... Please use other vet in Kingsville they will do what ever it takes no matter what time it is
I took my animals in for a booster shot after I got them their first ones somewhere else. They had us wait outside and called their patients in one by one. It was very organized and I felt safe working with them during my visit. I had took in my two dogs and two cats and even though it was a bit of a hassle walking in and out every time it made it a safer environment for everyone involved.
The staff is always polite and take great care of my 2 dogs.
Our family pet went there with an early appointment for the AM, a simple non evasive procedure , our pet had not ate or drank water for 12 hours as instructed, she did not get started on till 3pm, put on anesthesia, Well she passed away under their supervision, she was a healthy young doggy, and my father's best friend and companion, we are left all alone, because that doctor should have contacted us and told us the procedure could not be done in the morning as was the appointment. Poor little baby no water or food. No one cared about our little baby. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone!!!
