If I could give them more stars I totally would! Absolutely best Vet I have used, and I used to live on a ranch plus 6 dogs! They are extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, and always available. I got my dog neutered a few days ago, they provided an amazing amount of information and really know what they are doing. They texted me the next day to check up on my dog and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. They were also very understanding and genuinely kind. Cassy, Kenna, Veronica, and Dr. Kristen Martin were absolutely wonderful!

No complaints!! Best experience and vet office I've ever been a part of. Always a great experience, especially when hearing good news about my pups. All doctors I've worked with are wonderful and Dr. Tolson is amazing! Her work ethic, patience and care always make me feel hopeful and happy about my 14yr old Labrador baby. From the receptionists, vet technicians to the Doctors and specialists they work with, are all exceptional! :)

Fantastic experience! We had a minor emergency, our regular vet was booked, and Springtown was able to get us in. They were very efficient, using all the covid precautions, came out to pick her up, the Dr called me while I waited in my car to explain what was going on, and when they brought her back to me she was happy and they made her a cute little bow for her collar. They even checked in with me a couple of days later to make sure everything was still good. Highly recommend this office!

Horrible attitudes and they are there for the money NOT the pets. After getting hung up on and spoke to very rudely I let them know and told them I need to find another vet that actually cares about the animal and NOT the money they were okay with that. They didn't try and deny what I told them. They could care less about losing a very dissatisfied patient. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place. Too many better veterinarians to go to in San Marcos.
