The staff is so friendly. We took our two dogs and it was pouring rain and they just handled everything so graciously. The Vet came out the car in the rain to talk to us and she took all our questions even though it was pouring. They are amazing!!!!

After 40 years of dealing with with Vet's, I can honestly say that Lisa Jones Animal Medical Clinic in Seven Points, Tx. is the worst clinic I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.nnFirst thing, they lied about the cost of the visit, when I dropped my dog off. I was quoted a cost of $ 135.00 for an exam and blood work. But when it came time to pay the bill, the actual cost was $ 215.00. When I ask about it, I was told it was an honest mistake. The mistake was that the staff at this clinic is not very educated in their pricing.nnNext I had told them my dog hasn't been able to keep any food down for a week, without getting sick. So the treatment the recommended were oral antibiotics. I don't know how they are going to help my dog, if he cant keep anything on his stomach.nnI have never had such an in-personable experience at any Vet, after four or five visits to this clinic, I have yet to even meet Lisa Jones. I was not even allowed to view the bill before I had to pay. I would have got the exact same result, if I had taken the $ 276.00 and flushed it.nnUnfortunately I had to click one star to be able to post this, but Lisa Jones Animal Medical Clinic in Seven Points, Tx., get no stars from me.

Not very personal, especially with my dog that has high anxiety. But they did the job and got her fixed up.
