Bad customer service for sure. They also have products they no longer sell but are still listed on the website for some reason.nWill not be spending any money here.
The sweetest owner, my cacti plant order was absolutely beautiful! My order was sent as a gift and they accidentally sent it 3 weeks early but I called and they were so nice and offered to send something for free on the intended date.
This is the best florist, I can not thank them enough for the delivery they made for me. I live out of state and sent flowers to a friend in San Marcos. They called me to verify some things and went out of their way to make the items delivered personal, perfect and beautiful. Thank you so much!
Franny took my order by phone. We went with a florist choice so that I could get the freshest blooms and allow them to do what they do best, arrange flowers! I was able to get an order, have it delivered the same day and make a San Marcos resident very happy. Thank you Franny for your help! I highly recommend.
Seriously?! $70 plus dollars for this. I feel very taken advantage of. Not to mention this cold and lazy attitude from the girl I spoke to about this order.
