This is the worst experience from a florist I have ever experienced, I ordered flowers for a family funeral and as we speak it's 10pm and they have yet to deliver the flowers. Who delivers flowers at night. This is so unprofessional. I will never use this service again I do not recommend using this florist stay awayud83dudeabud83dudeabud83dudeabud83dudeabud83dudeab.
Most terrible experience! I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday but they were never delivered. I called multiple times to inquire and only after several attempts learnt that they couldn't even deliver to the area (without specifying it on their website). I have asked twice now for the $55 refund and been put on hold. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting. Would not recommend. Better save your money and energies.
On our Anniversary I spent $70 on a bouquet that was delivered for free, which in itself is not a bad deal. It wasn't like anything the picture showed in the shop website. Still, it looked pretty good although on the small side, delivered late on a Thursday afternoon. A day and a half later, it was obvious everything was dying fast even though we cut the stems and used fertilizer most shops include, but Orchid did not. By Sunday morning the flowers were trash.nNot everything goes perfect with flowers, we understand that. But when my wife called multiple times, she was put off and told the manager just stepped out.nDon't buy here, they don't give a damn if you're satisfied or not!

Brenda is wonderful! The arrangements she made for my youngest brother-in-law’s funeral were beautiful and the price was very reasonable considering what you will find online. I would highly recommend calling and speaking directly with her or someone from her team for the best results and price. My husband and I have used her shop for about 2 years now. She is our go to when we need beautiful flowers at an affordable price! Thank you so much Brenda!
