It was horrible. I bought a deluxe arrangement and box of chocolates for my wife on Valentines day. That IS NOT what she received. They brought her the standard and NO chocolates, so I called and they assured me they would take them back to her along with more flowers. Then about 30 min before she got off I called and told them they were still not there, the lady assured me she would call and ask them to hurry. My wife ended up staying late 10 mins, as I called and called and got NO ANSWER. So my wife went to their place of business, and I called them, she heard their phone ring and ring as they ignored my phone call. And then she explained and gave them my ordewr number and they were SO rude to her. Tried to make out as our fault. THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!!!
