HTX Floral delivered two beautiful arrangements a few days prior to Mother’s Day to my mom and my MIL. The Hydrangea in one of the arrangements was wilted so I called to let them know. I spoke with Taylor (the owner) directly. He was super apologetic and said they would take care of getting a new arrangement delivered the next day. And that they did!! I truly appreciate a company who backs their product and who wants to make sure their customers are satisfied & happy, and especially when they do it in such a professional and friendly manner. After having back to back bad experiences with other companies delivering something that looks nothing like the picture, I’m SO pleased with how perfect my first experience was with HTX Floral Co! The customer service, the quality, and the ridiculously gorgeous flowers are the reasons I’ll only order here now.
Stunning arrangement and a great price. They delivered to my apartment building in a timely manner. Also, most flower arrangements last only a few days. This one lasted 12 days and probably could have lasted longer with a little bit more watering. Really great quality!
