I am from Massachusetts and wanted to send flowers to my sister and her husband for their 30th anniversary. In the past I have used other vendors and been sorely disappointed. You are over the top and if I could give you a 5 plus rating I would. You made my day and more especially my sister and her husband were delighted. Thank you so much you made their day.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!nI ordered a flower arrangement for my mother in law the day before her bday at 2:06 pm shop closes at 5pm. The morning of delivery I get an email not a phone call at 11am that the arrangement I paid for was not available. At 12:40 my MIL texted me to say thank you for the flowers. She sent a pic. The flowers were arranged poorly not at all what I ordered. The roses were dying and the vase was hideous. I called the shop. The owner answered and was very rude once I told her I wasn’t happy with the flowers. I asked why didn’t they call I would have cancelled if they didn’t have the flowers I ordered. She laughed arrogantly and said I should be thankful I got that. We kept going back-and-forth until she said she would just go pick them up. Hung up on me, I called back FOUR TIMES from my cell phone and this awful lady would not answer. I finally called from another phone and told her not to pick up the gift I gave my MIL and she said “DO you work for free!” I told her I didn’t want a refund just an apology for her rudeness and for false advertisement!! Please do not waste your money here!! The owner is so unprofessional!
What a beautiful arrangement to brighten my daughter's day. Fresh, colorful, and very full. I am extremely pleased and thankful that this quality arrangement could be found, and better yet delivered, with minimal effort. Highly Recommend!
This has been my second time ordering from Rose Petal Flowers and once again they have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them and their work!!
I live in NY and wasn't sure at the beginning, but I called and they kindly helped me out on the details of the process and their availability. Made an order to be delivered the very next day and BOOM they delivered quickly. What I also loved what that they do take their time to read the notes I wrote for the designer. My father is combating cancer and I mentioned some details on the color its represented and they matched it up with these beautiful flowers. Definitely going to order from this place from now foward.
