Had a scheduled delivery to the 1/26/2021 for girlfriend birthday. Was sent to a different address and figured someone would confirm at the location but fast forward till the next day I called and asked where the flowers were, explaining what happened they offered to redo the order and they went out of there way to make sure she got flowers even after her birthday. Customer service was great and would give another shot

Very dissatisfied with this company! I ordered flowers online to be delivered and later received a call from a staff member telling me that they were behind and that my order would be pushed to the next day from what I selected. Also she told me that they didn’t have the vase in the picture but something similar would be used if that’s okay, I asked about the flowers and she told me everything would be the same they just didn’t have the vase due to everything going on. When the flowers were delivered they were nothing like I had ordered online, they were completely different flowers, not even close to what I ordered online. I called and talked to someone else and she told me they didn’t have very many flowers and had to substitute, and says very rudely that they don’t have time to go through and call everyone about the changes. I said someone called me but failed to mention that, I tried telling her what I was told the day before about only the vase would be different several times, and then she tells me that’s not what the other lady meant and they had to use what they had. I understand having to make substitutions but let that be known. I’m not happy and that’s not what I paid for and if the lady would have told me that I could of decided whether I wanted to go through with the purchase. This was my first and last time using this florist!

These people are the best in the state I've never seen a more beautiful arrangements in my life they don't even look real they're so beautiful top notch excellent shelf life on the fresh flowers I'll never use anybody else

Not happy with this florist at all!!! My uncle passed away this past week and I asked my cousin if she would provide me with a local phone number for a florist. We are from out of town and we completely depended on florist to deliver flower arrangement exactly how my sisters and I wanted. Lisa promised fall colors with purple and maroon with bronze ribbon and in front to read uncle and his name in Spanish. I asked Lisa to please sent me picture to show my sisters. She took payment, emailed receipt but never sent picture. For what my sisters and I paid she promised a big stand. I finally received picture from my cousin and it was not what we wanted. Word of advice “DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN!” . They will short change you!!! Oh, and card was incorrect too!!!!

Ordered birthday flowers for my wife at 9am this morning and gave this florist total discretion to put together any colorful Arrangement she thought appropriate. Received text from my wife 90 minutes later that she just received the best flowers I had ever sent. Can’t ask for better service than that. 5 star plus to Eubank Florist & Gifts
