This place is run by poor management. The owner has an anger issue and treats people with disrespect. The place isn't clean or sanitized which leaves the place smelling horrible when you walk in not to mention pet hair every where.There isn't even a clean place to sit in the waiting area due to pet hair everywhere.Pet Vomit on the floor and furniture which can be seen when customers come in. I wouldn't recommend it if you love your pet and want them in the best of care.
Max always looks great after grooming here. The staff are kind and friendly and he likes them, so I know he is treated well when there.
They care and they try. Had to wait half an hour even after I was told my dog was ready. Was given a cash rebate when we left, along with a sincere apology.
I was able to just walk in and get my 3 dog's nails trimmed. They were courteous and very fast service. Also, I received a discount for 3 dogs. I was very pleased and will be going back for grooming.
I tried making an appointment 3 times at this place online and I guess it didn’t work. When I finally made an appointment, I had to call to do so. When I brought my cat in to be groomed, I was not greeted by anyone, just three people with snub looks on their faces. I was finally greeted by a gentleman that spoke to me in a very patronizing way. I had never taken my cat to be groomed before so when he asked if I had the cats health records of course I didn’t. My plan was to go home, get them, and come back another day, but after the attitude and complete unprofessional service I had, I wouldn’t give them a cent. After reading the replies to some of these peoples reviews and the reviews themselves, I can see this place closing sooner than later due to the lack of class from the owner. Just look for yourself of how he talks to people, don’t be surprised if they say the same about you when you leave. Save your money and look elsewhere.
