On Tuesday, November 24, 2020, we had to make the hard decision to put our beloved Addie [Pomeranian; 14 years] to permanent rest. She suffered from seizures for years; and on November 23, 2020, she suffered multiple seizures that caused her to go blind and made it difficult to walk. Over the years, the entire VCA team has provided quality treatment and fantastic customer service. A special thank you goes to veterinarian Jason Hardin. He was the attending doctor when we had to make our decision. He explained the process of what we would go through and gave us as much alone time with Addie as we wanted to take. He demonstrated compassion and care for what we were going through. Jason made this difficult time for us easier. He also explained options that were available to us regarding Addie's body. We now have Addie's ashes in a wooden box on our fireplace mantel. Thank you doctor Hardin for making this difficult time for us easier. Worst place! They just treated our dog and returned her worse than when we took her in! Will not give us further information than to take her in an ER and spend another $500 for nothing!!
We have taken our pets here for 7 years. As they aged and the last one recently passed away, the staff at VCA has been very responsive and kind. I trusted their expertise and they always took great care of our cats.
They are so professional and very kind to your pets. I have been using their clinic since the late 80’s. They have a great team working there. My Sky is very healthy because they are on top of everything.
