This has been my vet for 20 years. Enough said.
We always board our very small dog, Margaret, there when we travel and they must do something really nice for her as her tail starts wagging the minute we drive up. The rates are reasonable and everyone is very nice. They also provide the vet care for Margaret and have a genuine concern for their patients. I think that we have gone there for over 20 years.
We've been taking our dog to Northwood for 3 years. They are always accommodating to his needs and help us to understand any needed follow-up care. Prices feel very reasonable as well. We predominately see Dr Chase and he's our favorite but other vets and techs there have been great too.
Took excellent care of our dog when it was extreme weather and snowy. Rocky was lucky enough to be seen and Dr Chase gave us the best route to take for his care. We are eternally grateful. Thank you Dr Chase and the rest of the staff. We will keep bringing our dogs here. Fantastic
I was extremely happy with my experience here. It was my first visit, and first I was both mildly shocked and very pleased with the social distancing policies this office has in place. Dr. Chase was very open and honest, and made a point to explain what my cat needed and didn't need, and why. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the time length of the appointment was awesome. (if only human doctors offices could manage to be punctual and still function!) Absolutely will be back for our annual visits, and I am confident that they would be able to handle anything we need. Thank you!
