Very kind and efficient staff with excellent Covid precautions. Care Plan is a great deal, too. I'm really happy to have found them.
Great place to take animals. Staff was very loving to my dog. We got in and out within an hour. Staff was very friendly and was easy to talk to and get answers from. Very clean place.
Have used VCA Pet Doctor on Spring Valley/Plano Rd for literally decades! Our first set of pups saw the vets there in 1990! Dr. Manley and the whole staff are fantastic! Although there are a lot of new staff members, Kerry is still there and is like a second Mom to the pups I have now. They live her! Dr. Manley is such a gentle and caring vet. I have only encountered the other vet once bc Dr. Manley wasn't there. She was so nice, too. It was an emergency w/ my cat. I'd highly recommend this clinic for your four legged babies.
My visit there this morning with Bingo was wonderful, the tech that help me was amazing, and the doctor was wonderful also, if anyone need a vet this is the place to go!
Handled my puppy with love and care. The best!
