Dr. Carter and his staff are the very best! We've been taking our 7 pets to him for 10 years now and he has always been amazing. Prices are reasonable, too.
Dr. Carter is a very wise veterinarian. I have used him for 10yrs. He and his staff are kind, compassionate and since COVID they work hard to protect everyone.
Their response to their finding about my little dog was completely honest, the service was quick and friendly.
2021 new year updatennAfter 40 years...now 41 years my wife will use no other vet for her dogs. We left Longview TX at 5 a.m. to make a 7:30 a.m.nJust 17 minutes late.nnOur dog Suchi is 9 years old and seems to be very stressed out from our move last year. A move during a COVID-19 pandemic has been stressful for the whole family.nnBut we needed to know if her condition was serious involving organ failure or cancers ...complications requiring surgery or medications.nnIt turned out to be psychological. Dr. Carter have reviewed xrays and did a physical examination. We sat in our car and got a curb side phone call. He talked us through what he done what xrays were taken. He reviewed her charts. Concluded it wasn't physical it was psychological. Talked us through questions about her new environment and interactions with the new environment and other dogs. And outlined what we need to do for BOTH. He plans to do a telephone follow up every 2 weeks in this new years. THANKS
