False excuses for one-week delay with cremation. He said autopsy was in progress (not true and not his job), and he wouldn't return the remains upon request.
the location looks kinda rough, but they were compassionate and less than 1/2 the cost of the name brand funeral home.
They were both sensitive and low cost. Burying your loved one is hard enough without some corporation price gouging you during the process. I encountered none of that here. It's a family own business and they treated us like family the office was great the service was better.
