Very friendly staff
I cannot thank you enough for Pigeon now known as Tomas. He is a true blessing! I love him so much. He is so affectionate. He has adapted to living another cat and dog. Both of them love him so much too!

Terrible. We adopted a dog from the McKinney shelter a few days ago. Dog is aggressive, attacked our other dog. We tried to return to McKinney but were told it would be three days before they could accept. Dallas told me I had a 3:30 appointment that day. When I arrived I was told it was Saturday (next day). They are incompetent.
