I went to order flowers for our upcoming wedding and was told rather rudely I had to be the one to pick them up. After I explained I was the bride and would not be able to due to the timing of the pickup , the employee said there was no way around that policy even if I called ahead to let her know who was picking them up. I cancelled my order with them and went with a florist who is more flexible especially for folks needing flexibility and kindness. I would not recommend Joyce Florist.

Ordered 2 Flower arrangements. One was exactly what was online. The other resembled the online example but the cubed vase was substituted without any notice. Which is why I selected that arrangement. The lady I talked to about it was nice but offered no solution. She then dismissed it by saying they had a disclaimer at the check out the stated they can change the vase or flowers as needed . So I would say if you want it a certain way go in person or use another florist.

I called Joyce Florist of Dallas, Inc. Alyssa took my call. I made the call one hour prior to a funeral service starting. I looked them up on google and decided to try them because they were 7 miles from the funeral home. My request was for them to create something beautiful and deliver it within the hour! I provided them with a budget and to my delight they said they would make the spray and have it delivered in time for the funeral service. I asked if they would please text me a picture of the arrangement, and they did. See the picture of the beautiful fall sympathy spray. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend this florist. All the flowers were fresh, and BEAUTIFUL!
