Friendly and caring service from everyone there. I brought my sick cat in and Dr. Ali took the time to explain why and how he was sick. He went over the treatment plan and explained in detail how to make my cat better. And then he (not the receptionist or assistant) personally called me to check on my cat after I brought him home to make sure he was doing OK and to let me know what to look for to see if he was getting better or worse and what to do.
Staff seem to genuinely care about the animals. HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. I took my dog in on 10/3 with an appointment. They had him from 9-11:00am while I waited in the car. One of the prescribed medications was out of stock. While I was going to get that medication elsewhere, I got a call ~30 minutes later saying they forgot to give him a steroid shot. I opted for a refund over driving back across town, since an oral steroid had been prescribed.nnI boarded two dogs with them for two nights starting 10/13. I was told they needed SHOT RECORDS, which I brought with me. When I returned they had charged me for internal parasite testing(~$60), which they told me all animals bordered with them need to have had in the past ~year. I was not told about this policy when I booked or on arrival and no one called me first to verify they I did not have those records already. I have never had another boarder or groomer request this, nor had they requested it, so I had not included that paperwork. I was not refunded.nnI am going to find a different provider and facility going forward.
Dr Ali took the time to look at my dog Roscoe and did not jump to conclusions. He did his analysis explained it very well to me. Appreciate the good work.
The passion Dr. Ali have for animals is amazing! He took such good care of my little dog and made sure I understood everything that was going on with her. And it was just a plus that his prices are very reasonable.
