Banfield Pet Hospital

I used to love Banfield, but have been disappointed with the lack of compassion my puppies have received from the vets here in the past year or so, even before Covid-19 changed the way apts were handled. Each time my puppies have gone to the Frisco Stonebriar branch, they have been seen by a different vet. I understand that this could happen at a busy clinic with multiple vets, but it seems like a revolving door of vets here and you never see the same vet twice. The last vet that saw my puppy in January 2021, tried to convince me not to have a needed procedure done because it was too expensive. We were not even at the point in the conversation to discuss pricing or options. My questions to her were regarding how serious the issue with my puppy is and how soon we needed to schedule. Other people in the waiting area were experiencing the same types of issue with this vet and we all began asking her why she is not interested in helping our fur babies and making it difficult for us to make the informed decisions to move forward. She didn't like this and walked away into the back of the clinic. After this visit, I have cancelled my babies health program with banfield and am taking them to a new vet. I have been with Banfield for many years and never experienced anything like this at other clinics. I am rating Banfield overall as a 3, but would rate the Frisco location as a 1.

Unusually rude, (I think front desk is not for everyone )nI am so mad I am at the parking lot cancelling banfield subscription, she said it is not my job to be kindud83dude02ud83dude02wow!nthe front desk lady really is NoT a people person ud83eudd72 i feel so humiliated. Never coming back here again.

THESE VETS DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS! They only care about ripping you off! THEY CHARGED ME FOR MEDICINE FOR MY DOG AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE IT TO ME! ALL I GOT WAS AN EMPTY BLUE BOTTLE WITH NO MEDICINE FOR MY DOG. They added other items to my cart without letting me know! THEN THEY LIED ABOUT REFUNDING MY MONEY!!! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND!

I love the attention and handling of my cat. The office is very friendly and they allow the owner to be with their pet as long as you're masked!!

They always take great care of my first baby. They love him and he loves them.
