This is a great clinic. I had just moved to Frisco when I had to put my old pup down. They were so kind to both me a my old pup that I decided to bring my new puppy to them for care. They staff has always been kind, Dr. Buffington is AMAZING and they have been phenomenal in every way. I ALWAYS recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great vet.
I took my 16 year old to be euthanized. You know how that is. The folks here were wonderful to me and my dog. I was a mess but they handled everything really well. The entire staff sent me a hand written card that I received today. It was thoughtful and kind. I really appreciate the help and their professional demeanor. This is a wonderful place ❤ufe0f
Recently adopted a Retriever/Collie mix and had to find a vet. We first took him to another one that wouldn't allow me to go inside with him. I understand the safety protocols but I would at least like to meet the people that will be caring for our baby. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Buffington was very thorough and informative. I will definitely continue to bring our Bucky here.
The staff at Stonebrook is amazing! It was a very difficult time for our family in making the decision to send our loved one to the rainbow bridge but EVERYONE here was so caring, extremely patient with us, professional and provided exemplified care. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for being GREAT!
My dog, Rusty was clearly in pain, but I didn't know how to help. Called and received an emergent appointment. First time I was there...Staff was prompt and courteous, facility was exceptional with respect to cleanliness, modern facilities/equipment. Veterinarian took his time, explained everything to me - I just trusted his demeanor. Great impression, he fixed my dog and since I recently moved to the area, I now have someone I trust to take care of my pets. I would recommend highly.
