We had a large 90th Birthday party for my mother and wanted it to be memorable. I consulted with the staff who was courteous and listened carefully to what we wanted. Their advice was excellent. The flowers were spectacular and the service was outstanding. We received many compliments about how beautiful everything was. We will always use Luxe Stems for any future special events that we have.
We ordered a prom bouquet on Thursday before prom. Owner answered the phone and said she only had white flowers available. I said that was fine but my daughter had a red dress so if she could add some red flowers or accents that would be great. When we got the bouquet it was all red which will look horrible with an all red dress. When I called about it the owner said she had no more white flowers to fix it and offered to take money off our next order. We will not be ordering from them again. We find it so hard to believe that they could not make this right with us!!! So incredibly disappointing!
The shop owner was so great to help me get a unique arrangement for my wife and daughter! The flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced. They have stayed so far for much longer than I am used to. Definitely will be picking up flowers for future occasions here!

I received a gorgeous arrangement of lillies and roses just before Valentine’s Day from Luxe and wow!!!!! Not only were they beautiful they have lasted forever. It’s now four weeks later and the roses are just as if not more beautiful today than when they were delivered. I was surprised to learn when they were delivered it was the owner of Luxe. We spoke briefly and she explained to me how important this arrangement was to my husband and she wanted to deliver them personally. Where on earth does that level of customer service exist today. If you are looking for amazing flowers and unparalleled customer service look no further. Grateful to have this business in Frisco and will happily support them. Thanks to all at Luxe.
