Terrible experience I feel bad for the pets that are taken there. I was setting up an appointment for my 2 puppies Mind you they were gonna be new to this facility And wow did I get an awakening the lady that answered and was taking my information was very very rude and I kept my cool with all do respect and I felt very offended in the way she treated me I asked to speak to her supervisor and her supervisor took her side instead So definitely would NOT take my puppies therenIf they treat a human that can speak for themselves just imagine how they must treat your pet. SORRY BUT NOT SORRYnNEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THAT PLACE

Not anything major, they do a great job the only thing I did not like was the grooming part. I don’t recommend grooming your dog there. Another thing I dislike was the way one of the ladies looked at my dog and told me that’s not a husky then replied with that’s not a Labrador either when I told her my dog was mix with husky and lab. It’s not WHAT she said but the WAY she said it, with attitude. Going back to the grooming part, they did not even out the head with the body. Aside from that they told me my dog “type” does not have a choice in haircuts(grooming) they either shave him or do nothing at all. I clearly asked if he would be bald to where you can see his skin or if it’ll be evened out with his head, they said it’ll be evened out with his head (guys it was not). Bad grooming, but the receptionist lady and Doc are always so kind.

I had a very nice and convenient experience here. My cat got an eye infection during the winter storm that took out Texas for a few days and all of the vets in the Brownsville were closed/without electricity...I was able to go in as a walk-in and they were even able to reschedule my appointment twice because I was having a hard time finding a gas station to fill up at. Once I arrived they provided quick service, seemed concerned, and were very kind with my pet.

Rude groomer. Did not enjoy her attitude. Excellent receptionist. Very kind lady, always patient.

They were very reasonable prices and very friendly staff and great dr.nMy first visit and will return if I ever need them again.
