I found a puppy when at work the other day and was calling around to find appointments who could see her quickly. Paws & Claws was able to accommodate us the very next day and provided quick, thorough care. They explained everything that was done and provided instructions for follow-up care to be completed at home. Before I left, I already had the follow-up appointment scheduled for three weeks out. The drive-through appointment process was very smooth and I highly recommend this clinic.
I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism at Paws and Claws. I’ve brought 2 of my dogs when they were under the weather. They received the perfect meds for their conditions and were back to normal soon after. Thank you for y’all do for our pets! ud83dudc36❤ufe0f
Finally got my dog groomed. I know he was a bit matted so expected he needed to be shaved but the cut was sloppy. I was informed after the appointment was made and dropped him off that he was due for his vaccines...they could have AT LEAST informed me ahead of time
Rude unprofessional staff! Do not know what they are doing. Gave my pet the wrong antibiotics and were not even kind enough to let me know until next visit. Long story short it cost me another $300 dollars for the antibiotics. It has cost me $500 dollars and still don't know what my pet has. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with these people.
Well let's start with the fact that they actually answered their phone. I know that procedures have changed during this pandemic for business, but we called so many different veterinarians and not one responded or answered their phones, except for Paws and Class. We explained that we had rescued a kitten and that he needed to be seen as quickly as possible, so they were gracious enough to see us that same day! Their lobby is closed due to the pandemic but they have a drive through service that was set up perfectly. Staff was very courteous and efficient. They greeted us while we sat in the car and asked questions to better access the situation. Our kitten was taken inside to see the vet, and in a short time they returned to our car and were given a diagnosis. They explained everything thoroughly, gave us specific instructions and we were provided with supplements for our rescue. AND we were so pleasantly surprised when we received the total for their services, very affordable!! Thank you Paws and Claws! Thumbs up!
