For $45, I got a bucket with stickers unsuccessfully peeled off the sides and some daisies, including one towering over the others by some inches. When I suggested they might do more, they stuck a three half hearted roses in. Yes, I get it was prom (homecoming?) week but that doesn't mean I deserved the service I got. I had to go to my mother's old house (thanks Jimmy) and cut some roses from the bushes there to have any hope of a decent arrangement. Really disappointing. My mother is in the nursing home in Henrietta now and I dearly wish I could have flowers sent to her locally, but cannot possibly give this florist any more of my money. It's a waste.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude person I spoke too. Charged $20 more than what I ordered in the website. After a whole day of not being told anything, called for them to tell me they wouldn’t deliver the order. Terrible. Terrible.
