Banfield Pet Hospital

I’ve been using Banfield for about 6 years now and at first everything was great! But as time has gone by they have gotten so bad. Anytime I call for anything whoever answers the phone doesn’t seem to thrilled to help which is their JOB! Also, I took my two dogs to get their comprehensive exam a few weeks back and when I picked them up everything was dandy but come to find out today that they were not given their heart worm prevention shot which has been past due since august of 2020. No one thought to explain why that wasn’t given to them or try to schedule another time for those shots. My husband and I are trying to adopt another rescue but they won’t even talk to us until our dogs are current with their vaccines, which I thought they were given to them from their last visit! I find out today that Banfield didn’t give them their heart worm and I have to go back just for those! They should have told me when I picked them up from their last appointment! Bad customer service. We will be finding another more personable vet office. This is for the heights location btw!

Great place to bring your pooch!! They've always been very loving and accommodating. Even tho my pumpkin can get kind of feisty!!

I absolutely love this vet office. I’m in rescue. I have never met a team more willing to work with me to help all the strays I bring in. Even my own babies. Just simply wonderful staff. I could give them 1 million stars if google would allow it!

Worst experience I've had with any animal care.nLeaving today, 6/21, with no treatment done on our dog. Our vets over two days were Dr. Craige and Dr. Glass who we didn't even get to speak to.nnWe first tried dropping our dog off yesterday, 6/20 and were told they would take care of him at some point at get back to us. We dropped him off first thing in the morning and didn't hear back until about 5pm where they said they couldn't calm him down enough to do any work. I believe he was left in a cage for 6 hours before they did any work with him so of course he was antsy, we've never had this issue at any other clinic. But okay, we say we will take him back the next day so they can sedate him.nnNext day, 6/21, we drop him off first thing in the morning again and are told this vet Dr. Craige can't sedate the dog but they will try to take care of him anyway. We don't hear anything until 3pm, so again the dog has been in a cage all day, then they tell us they can't do anything because he's too antsy.nnSo again, two days the dog has been there all day and nothing done. The poor dog is still bleeding out of his tail and this hospital has done nothing to help or show any sort of compassion at all including the very rude front desk.nnI will email their client services directly to address my complaints further, I would strongly recommend against going here.
