Very kind vets, always explain everything in a polite way and is very warm hearted. Took my cat to be put down and they were very respectful and kind. Can't recommend enough. They even made a free clay paw print of her and put her in a biodegradable bag so I could bury her in my yard.
We have been taking our Labradoodle to Claws and Paws for almost 4 years and think they are the best! They care about our dog's well being and we trust their decisions about everything. We wouldn't change. Try them out, you will like the too!
Amazing and sweet staff! The Dr gave me good info and had such a calming/peaceful voice (due to COVID we spoke over the phone). This location was an hour drive for me.... I would make the drive again if I had to for that staff and facility!
Front staff AMAZING! Technicians WONDERFUL. My pet’s doctor, not so great. Very sarcastic, which I did not appreciate very much. Told me everything that was in her opinion, wrong with my dog but had nothing good to say like the fact that he was in good health. Nothing is wrong with my dog. My dog has anxiety and she did not give him any water while he was inside getting his checkup. He came out panting and she claimed something was wrong with his breathing. He is an English bulldog. Of course he breathes different. It’s in his bloodline. Apparently, my dog could not be taken care of properly while inside with an experienced licensed veterinarian. The veterinarian had no compassion while speaking to me about my animal.
We have entrusted the healthcare and quality of life needs for three dogs to Claws & Paws for the past 20 years. They have always demonstrated loving attention and care options to reach an optimal health goal for the furry family members. We have complete faith in the vets and techs who make the business a community essential for pet owners.
