Silverlake Animal Hospital

My older dog had a medical emergency that I was unsure of. Due to a recent move, I first went to a local vet that provided a questionable diagnosis/treatment.nI called Silverlake to get a second opinion & they calmly explained what maybe the potential issue and found time on the schedule for me to come directly into the office. The staff and doctor were calm, professional, and extremely caring. They took time to clearly discuss the diagnosis and how they came to the diagnosis & treatment.nMy 14 year old Labrador AND I felt loved and well cared for. I will make the commute to continue with this wonderful group & highly recommend Silverlake Animal Hospital to everyone! :)

Silverlake Animal Hospital exceeded my expectations. Their Cost was very reasonable, and service was excellent. They have an awesome group there. I loved their virtual care and it did not take them long to give me an diagnosis on my dog. I did not feel cheated like I did when I visited a place not far from their location. My Harley has a place to go that really cares. Thank you guys!

Incredible hospital + incredible care quality.nnStaff are genuinely great with both people and pets: they all listen and are all exceptionally compassionate (and competent!). Building, lobby, and rooms are very clean, calming, and modern.nnThe vets and surgeons here are absolutely top-tier. I have never been more comfortable leaving a loved pet with a vet for surgery.nnHuge modern plus: They always phone after (and sometimes just before) a surgery. They always call back and follow up after discharging a pet to make sure everything's still okay at home. They always get back promptly when you leave a voicemail while they're closed, and you can even text them.nnThey have a good working relationship with the emergency pet hospital/ ER which is open at night across the street (behind the Taco Bell). We juggled a pet between the two during an emergency one evening and for as scary as that night was, transferring could not have been more seamless and hassle-free. Together they saved our pet's life.nnI normally give critical reviews, and I tend to always find at least something to nit-pick. But this place is incredible.nnThey're doctors, not magicians, so I suppose working with animals who can't just tell you what's wrong is more difficult than diagnosing people.nnBut with as well run as this place is and with all the incredible + caring staff in every corner of the building, this place is definitely magical.nnThank you all for everything.

Once again Dr Stone and her staff went out of their way to make sure my dog and I were both comfortable during her procedure! I appreciate how much you can tell they care about the patient and do everything they can to keep the owner informed of how the pet is doing. It makes a dog mama feel better when I know my baby is in highly skilled and loving care. Thank you.

I know it’s not ideal to work holiday weekends but thank you so much for being one of the few places open. Everyone was helpful, professional and friendly, this clinic was a lifesaver. My dog was able to get the treatment and medicine she needed after being sick for five days with a bad case of diarrhea/stomach bug. So far, she is already doing much better after day one of treatment. We will definitely come back for any future needs.
