Being new to the Houston area, I wasn't sure who to call for our balloon drop for our NYE Gala. I am sure glad I got in touch with Katey! I contacted James to ask him for some help sprucing up a very unattractive school cafeteria. Boy was I glad I did! He made the most gorgeous balloon columns in just the right color scheme. He also was an excellent communicator and was right on time for delivery!
