Nice people.
They take great care of my cats when my cats need to visit the vet. Due to covid I can't go in with them but they call while with them and honestly my cats are always so grouchy to go to the vet just getting them in the carrier is tricky, so not being in the room was just fine. The cats don't like going but they take great care of them and always make sure you know how much you'll need to pay before they do anything (so everyone is on the same page.) Great place!!
I love this hospital so much. I take both of my fur babies here for all things wellness/preventative. They are always kind, professional, and efficient. Any staff I’ve ever encountered is sweet and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this hospital for any primary care DVM needs!
Dee, the veterinary nurse, was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly; and the front desk staff was also. The veterinarian, Dr. Doty, gave me a complete explanation of everything that they had done to my schnauzer Harley, and answered all questions. The level of detail of the veterinary exam that she did for Harley was beyond any veterinary office I have ever been to, and her level of knowledge is incredible. I didn't feel rushed at all or pressured to purchase services that Harley didn't need. I though the price for the services that Harley received were very reasonable, and I will definitely continue to bring him here. Thank you.
