I was supposed to get a surprise delivery today... the order was placed TUESDAY. I had to call and check on it because the person who placed it kept calling and calling and couldn’t get a response. The girl who answered was like, we can’t deliver your stuff cause we don’t have enough drivers... sorry.nnI- wow. I canceled it so my friend would get a refund but wow.nnTotally ruined the surprise and the day. So thanks Edible Arrangements.
Do not use the Austin Peay location. My arrangement was never delivered on time, after talking with them and re-scheduling to deliver another day the arrangement still was not delivered on time! Nobody seems to communicate and know what is going on. I am positive not every location runs this was. Just this specific one.
The workers at the Raleigh store is very friendly with fast service, even on special holidays. The fruits are delicious and eye appealing. Love the chocolate dipped pineapples.
Love happy hour from 2-5p. Now they have chocolate & lemon strawberry cups BOGO.nEveryday smoothie of the day are $2.nAlways clean
Received a nice decorative arrangement with a balloon, for mother's day, from my son and his wife. It was in a beautiful purple vase, which is my favorite color. The fruit was fresh and of juicy.
