Awful experience. Ordered a funeral bouquet and when I saw it at the funeral I was mortified. It was pathetic and mangled. $4.99 at market basket would have looked better. Called twice to get a refund, never got a call back and just saw a random 20% credit to my card. I guess the company decided what a worthy credit was without even talking to me. Unless you want to spend $150 bucks for five flowers that look like trash I wouldn’t recommend.
I can't say enough about this shop. I had called with regards to planning a very special dinner party. I am very particular when it comes to my table escapes and so I wanted something very unique and very special. After looking online, I decided to call and speak to a designer about fall colors , maybe some unique things. I spoke to a wonderful lady who really knew her stuff. KY budget for this centerpiece was 200, and instead of one arrangement , she made 5. Different sized cubes with texture u on texture upon vibrant jewel tones of fall flower. It was awesome because I was able to send flowers home for my guests. Incredible experience...and I'll definitely be using them again.
Five stars and beyond!! I placed an order online and was unsure if they were received. I called at 7pm to check on the order, and spoke to the owner Marie Noe. She felt certain the order had been delivered, but she called her driver (who was off the clock) and he knew exactly where he had left the delivery. She could not have been more accommodating!! Come to find out, I had not put my name on the card! She offered to call the recipient to make sure she got them and let her know the sender (me) didn't put her name on the card. Marie was so incredibly kind and assured me if there was an issue, she would make it right. The confusion was on my part, not hers but still she was so accommodating! Thank you Marie!! I highly recommend this shop!!
when looking to send flowers I would use this place I only have done so once, but the gift I sent I was told was quality flowers and good timing on the delivery. final product delivered was created just beautifully. Would shop here again.
Greatest florist serving Dedham and areas ordered flowers for a wake in Dedham in many occasions and they have been beautiful. people are very nice at that shop.
