Value Vet Main St.

We set an appointment for our MD dog and we arrived in early hours. Customer person informed before we arrived that we would be seen and taken care. Had we known that others would be seen before us, we would not have believed it. He with dog were waited for almost 4 hours. This is not how Customer Service is supposed to work. Please go to another location. Value should not be offset by Quality of service. Their commitment and service is bad. Should we not be concerned about the services if we do not receive as promised? I think they should reassure customers and change the services to satisfy customers.

Staffers were professional, and services were very reasonable.. the staff that attended to my baby and I were an extremely excellent. I will return to this location soon.

To give back story. My puppy had a hurt foot. Possible broken foot. I called his vet and they where unable to see him until Thursday. I contacted value vet. They said they could get him in today but I will have to wait until they had an open spot because they where booked for the day. I got there at the time they told me to. There where people waiting in line for shots for their dog and I told them what was going on and they let me cut in front of them. The receptionist got me checked in and could tell my puppy was hurt. She said as soon as they could get him in the would for sure see him today. I went to my car and waited. The vet can out which seemed imedent and got my puppy to do exrays. They brought him out daily quick and had great news. My puppy did not have anything broken. I can not stress it enough. My dogs are more loving than my kids. They are my babies. Value vet took my worries as if my puppy was their puppy. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone! If I did not live an hour away I would go here as a full time patient. I will use them when I am able due to I will not have to worry how my babies will be treated. Great job I really want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
