Value Vet Nolensville

I tried to call yesterday (4/2) and did not get an answer. Their hours say 8a-2p on Saturday, so I drove up this morning. The door was unlocked, so I went in. All of the lights were off, there was no one at the desk, and the building seemed deserted. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come back to the desk, then I yelled “Hello?”, and no one came up. I called the number on the door and got no response, so I left. It made me wonder if they were closed but someone forgot to lock up?

Had to put my 15 yrs old dog to sleep. I had the sweetest lady and she went the extra mile. She had only been there for 5 days. Smith can't remember her name but I thank her so much.

The ladies who helped me were very sweet and explained everything in great detail. Both my dog and I were very happy.nnAs far as COVID protocols go, everyone wore a mask and they come to get your pet from the car. As they examine your pet, they call you to explain what they're doing and if they have any concerns. It was all very professional, straight- forward and painless.

Very compassionate and professional. Have known the owner/Dr. for many years. Our last visit there was a sad one, unfortunately, but I know he's at peace. They have been there many times for my furbabies to provide expert care and treatment. I highly recommend. As a nurse, I trust them with my precious ones.

The staff answering the phones (when someone actually answers) have no idea what their own hours or policies are. I called three days ago to make an appointment and was told several times that they are no longer taking appointments. I couldn't believe this but whoever I was speaking to confirmed to me that they are only taking walk-ins. Okay fine.nnFlash forward to today, I put my cat in a carrier and drive across town to the Nolensville Rd location. Pull up in the parking lot and I call to check in. I'm on hold for ten minutes before someone picks up and asks if I have an appointment and that they're full up. I'm sorry, what? I was told only three days ago that you AREN'T taking appointments. Your employees need to get on the same page, and fast. I'm taking my pets somewhere else from now on.
