Absolutely fantastic experience. The lady I talked to was extremely helpful and understood that I was a man buying flowers for my wife and i’ve never even been in a flower shop. Very professional and a fantastic business. I will absolutely be a returning customer from now on.nnYou rock!
Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday. When I face timed her later, she showed me the arrangements. The flowers were bending over, wilted, and turning brown on the edges. I called the store and was given various excuses as to what might have occurred, even suggesting that my sister might have damaged the flowers when she picked them up because the flowers were in perfect condition when they left the store. They were not picked up but delivered by their driver. Once we got beyond that bizarre moment, they offered to exchange the flowers out for a new arrangement. Same situation, flowers were not as bad a s the first arrangements but they were clearly not fresh. I called again and they offered to give me a refund, which I accepted. I am disappointed for my sister because today was her special day.
Thank you Kelly and staff for fixing my mistake!! I ordered from the wrong flower shop for a delivery today. The other shop was going to call me this afternoon to see about fixing the order, but that would have been too late. Kelly made sure to get what I ordered out for delivery within an hour. 10/10 would recommend.
Flower Imagination is a dream! I called them on a Friday morning to see if they might be able to deliver flowers to my friend's hotel (who was in town for a special occasion). I asked for a small florist's choice arrangement--whatever they had that was in-season
i ordered flowers all the way from NJ to my aunt in SC and little shop of flowers exceeded my expectations! from the handwritten note, to the prompt delivery. thank you! recommend 10/10.
