My cat was at the end of her life. Conway Animal Hospital handled my situation with such kindness and understanding. I chose to have her cremated after euthanizing. When picking up her remains, I was so pleased with the way Heavenly Paws Pet Crematory chose to return her ashes in a beautiful box with a plaque on it...In Loving Memory of Alley. Conway Animal Hospital took care of all of the arrangements which gave me great comfort. This animal hospital gets an A+. Doctor Dean is the best! Dr. Dean is honest, personable, and explained my dog’s condition thoroughly. There have been times I have hesitated to take my pet to a veterinarian in fear of being overcharged. I am sure I am not the only pet owner who has done that, but this will never be a problem with Dr. Dean. She had my pet’s best interest in mind and she was kind, considerate, and was able to offer me options for my dog’s condition. Also, the staff was very friendly.
After a lot of thought we decided to change Vets for our 2 dogs. Dr Dean and Maggie her Tech are a great team and I am so happy they will be caring for our guys. They both took the time and talked to us and had a positive interaction and our fur babies. We were able to be in the treatment room which I liked especially since it was our first visit. You can tell Dr Dean put so much thought into renovating the building she bought on 4th ave in Conway. They do offer wellness plans which we have always used in the past. We give them 5 stars.
I'm particular about my dogs caretaker.. WOW... super friendly honest and forth right... didnt try as others have to up sale me... they loved my pups and were great to my grandpups too!! My new dog doctors!!
I needed a new vet for my two girl Yorkies. Dr. Dean was so patient and took alot of time to figure out why one of them has skin problems. I feel we are on our way to taking care of it. The crazy thing is I just got a call from their office to see how she was doing. Such a small gesture was so appreciated!! So happy to have found this place.
