We have taken 2 of our pets there. The most recent visit wasn't exactly satisfying because I don't think they were thorough enough and have poor communication. They kept saying to bring the stray kitten back and pay more money and do more tests. Thankfully she's finally feeling better after 5 medications and 2 visits. She will be going somewhere else for shots and sterilization when she's big enough.

Very happy with the staff and the level of care we received! They were able to get my puppy in the same day we were having an issue, reassured me that everything was going to be ok! Staff were extremely kind to me and my puppy. They followed up with us in a few days to check on things.

Very friendly and helpful staff members. I love the check up calls and emails, anytime I have a question, I call and a staff member guides me through. I'm 100% satisfied with this business and will continue doing business with this company. THANKS ALOT

Our ten year old tuxedo cat was having problems this past month with what we thought was an upper respiratory infection - as all of the symptoms indicated such. So we were treating her at home. She would get better and then fall back again. Yesterday, we decided to take her in for professional help to find out what was going on. When we called Waccamaw Vet Center, they told us she could be seen right away. Within an hour of dropping her off, we found out that an infected/missing tooth was the issue. On the phone, Dr. Randy laid out a treatment plan and was nice enough to share some experience - about how not to get ahead of things with spending money that didn't need to be spent - until we do the first-things-first. I thought that was great. The good people at Waccamaw were compassionate and attentive throughout the process. They have a drop-off/pick up system in place to maximize the safety and health of humans also. In the end, we were sent home with antibiotics and an appointment for our Rexxy to get a dental treatment. I'm new to this business, but based on my initial experience, I highly recommend.
