Ordered from Garner Florist for the first time for Valentine's Day. The arrangement (Valentine's Day Florals Designer's Choice) was quite pretty. However, the day after we got them some of the flowers were already dying. Now THREE days after receiving them most of the flowers are dying. Upon inspection, some of the flowers were cut so short that they weren't getting any water. Tried to support a local florist after years of using 1800flowers.com, which has become so overpriced and similar issues because their flowers aren't fresh. Guess we'll have to try another florist in the area next time. Very disappointed.
The in-store customer service as well as the products are top notch. Last weekend they did my daughters wedding and reception, I was BLOWN AWAY by the design and flowers that they did. I highly recommend Tipton & Hurst for all of your floral and gift needs!
I've only been here maybe three times and my Fiance loved all three. They exceed expectations each time and the flowers last with the proper care, meaning you change the water and provide them with the packet of food that comes with the arrangement.
From online ordering to delivery, everything was a smooth and easy process. My sis loved the flowers - they are beautiful, vibrant, and high quality!
