Back on the 19th of Feb I ordered my wife some flowers as a last day at her current job gift and late valentines flowers (travel postponed the gift). Due to a weather related delay in shipment of fresh flowers, Cindy put together a special bouquet just for my wife. She then called before delivering them to inform me of this, but unfortunately I was at work so she said she would go ahead and deliver them so that my wife could receive them before she left work (for the last time) and if we were not pleased she would replace them with what was ordered when the shipment arrived. First, I deeply appreciate the customer service with the phone call and not wanting a customer to go without flowers due to a delay in shipment, and second, the bouquet put together was absolutely beautiful! It was colorful and had two special roses in it that my wife and I had never seen, called Easter Egg Roses! The arrangement smelled wonderful and lasted a good 3 weeks, including a move 2 hrs away! If I ever get a chance to move back to Wilmington and find myself in need of flowers, Cindy and Pizzazz is where I will be going!
I can't say enough about the product, delivery and the owner this is an exceptional florist! I will order and share this place with everyone I know that wants quality service and products! I ordered roses got called at 1pm saying she didn’t have what I ordered and would put together a nice bouquet. I was happy to work with Cindi and she completely went radio silent on me. No call or text back just absolutely zero contact. I will be calling the BBB and calling my bank to return the money. Yep she never even responded about returning my money. There’s no way she should run a business. Absolutely horrible
The arrangement looked great. The only problem I had was the lack of response. I emailed and called, left messages and never got a response. I needed to cancel the delivery and was going to pick it up instead. They delivered it and the person was unavailable due to family.
The customer service was AMAZING the owner Cindi very welcoming and personable with details. The flower arrangement she delivered was beautiful. I was very pleased with how she handles the entire process once you place your order. She even sent me a picture before delivering. I will ALWAYS shop with Pizzazz florist. She really takes care of her customers.
