Friendly and very accommodating. Danielle created a beautiful arrangement for me and despite the late order, she fit me in and even got it delivered that day! GREAT experience. Will be back every time I need beautiful flowers!
I ran in and picked out some flowers that I liked and a beautiful vase with a copper accent and Danielle worked her magic and delivered a beautiful bouquet to my lovely friend who was overjoyed!
We used Crown Heritage as the florist for our wedding in January 2020 and I could not have been happier with them. Danielle worked closely with me (through my wedding anxiety, bless her) constantly looking up options, providing alternatives for our budget, and reassuring me through the entire process. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. My bridesmaids loved the hoop bouquets and have been able to hang them to dry for home decorations since the wedding. She was super reliable, willing to help in any way, and took a lot off of my plate in the planning process. She also was super kind in my many last minute changes and questions. We will definitely be using Crown Heritage any time we need flowers or decor in the future ❤
