May Funeral Home

Great customer service always warrants a good review, and I am writing this review based on an experience my wife had with a representative of The May Funeral Home by the name of Donna Arthur.nnWhile working on our family tree, we were at an impasse finding records on my wife’s side of the family, specifically her Great Uncle Joe and his family.  We live in the Philadelphia suburbs and called the May Funeral Home in Norwood Mass in hopes of finding information on her uncle that passed away over 40 years ago, back in 1978.   Donna answered the phone and was very professional, kind, gracious, understanding and willing to help us find answers.  She was very empathic, and, knowing my wife was not a paying customer, went out of her way to locate records for our Great Uncle’s family.nnDonna did research last night and called us back this morning with answers.  She is a compassionate individual and true professional.  We are very impressed and want to give a much-deserved standout review to this establishment for their superb customer service and record keeping.  Our family arrangements go back over 40 years and they still have accessible records. If my wife and I lived in the area I would be making arrangements for our family to be taken care of at May Funeral Home.nnI get a very good feeling and positive energy from this establishment, and most importantly, I can tell you the staff are compassionate toward - and care about - both the family members that have passed and those surviving.nnThank you so much Donna!
