A Bella Mia Flowers

I can not say enough on how beutiful the flowers are, but what impressed my the most was the service that Jerry provided. The flowers were sent to my address in Deham, since I was at work he delivered to my job site!! Friendly and reall going above and beyond wath anybody could have expected!!nThank you!!!nnBME

My first experience with A Bella Mia, particularly Marie, was a splendid one. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary from two separate shops last week, both of which I ended up not getting flowers from. One was delayed days without notice, so I cancelled. The other tried to convince me to settle for flowers completely unrelated to what I paid for because they waited until the day of to inform me they didn't have any. It was frustrating, but frankly I'm not writing anyone off because these are odd times. I don't think A Bella Mia is immune to the complex and frustrating situation many shops find themselves in right now.nnI called on the day of with a last hope of perhaps getting an arrangement delivered the same day. I left Marie a note, I told her the situation was poor. She and her team added me into their schedule, personally called me to wish my wife and I well, and made sure I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers – which I did. Granted, it was late in the evening, but they were pristine and pretty as hell. Marie was a pleasure to work with, and their accommodating our special day made my wife and I's evening that much more special.nnIt's difficult to really get anything at a good price, in good time, with good service right now. A little empathy goes a long way. That's what I received. I'm a bit shocked at some of the negativity towards them in these reviews, but unless a time comes where I get boned by them, I'll be returning, and will be recommending.

Abysmal service. I ordered a floral arrangement two days prior to Mother's Day for next day delivery. Long story short, the flowers were never delivered. I tried calling the store but a recorded message said they were too busy to answer the phone. Ok. Let's try emailing them I thought. Again, only crickets. Never heard back. I understand that things are hectic during these unusual times we're living in but it's inexcusable to ignore your customers in such a way that they can't even follow up with you regarding their order. Interestingly, you had no problem accepting the order and making sure the credit card was processed right away. If things were actually so frantic and busy why then were you accepting additional orders online which you couldn't fulfill? Overall, very frustrating experience all around and now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card bill. Word of advice: don't waste your time with these folks as there are plenty of other florists who will gladly service you and be far more responsive.

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law for Mother's Day and even though they weren't able to do the original arrangement I wanted, I spoke to the owner who was very nice and reassured me they'd put together something similar. It came out beautifully and the customer service was great even though they've been overwhelmed with orders due to the fact that they're one of few flower shops open during this pandemic. I highly recommend them

What an outstanding group of people. The owner is hilarious and very generous. The people working there on valentine's day were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back after receiving such an amazing bouquet of lilies for my wife on valentine's day. They did such a great job that the next guy who walked in saw my bouquet and requested the exact same arrangement.
