Order floral arrangement and candy basket from Missouri to be delivered to the hospital. Both were beautiful. Highly recommend. The staff was extremely patient with my trying to explain what i wanted over the phone. There was one special item i wanted with the delivery and they went out of their way to get it. Once again highly recommend.
I ordered flowers in advance so I could build my own Thanksgiving centerpiece. They had no problems with me ordering flowers to arrange myself, and offered several helpful suggestions as I tried to match a photo on my phone. Everything turned out great and I had fun doing the arranging myself. Plus the cost was one-third what a florist on Franklin Street wanted who didn't offer any help with matching to the photo. Great experience during the busy holidays.
Usually do a great job. Have really gone downhill last few times I've used them. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day a week ahead of time. What I got already looked half dead and had to be thrown out by that Saturday. The three dollar roses I had bought from Walmart the previous day lasted longer. Of course my buddy ordered some on the day of Valentine's and they were gorgeous so YMMV.
I would use them if they were the last florist on the world...They have a lot of we cant vs we can. Not customer service friendly by any stretch of the imagination
