Plenty of good selections of meats,deli,grocery,produce, hot foods and wines. This store is always clean and the service is always good. The prices on sale items is excellent, other items a little pricey compared to other stores. You get what you pay for here. I enjoy shopping here when I visit family in the area.

A great place if you like shopping by sales and discounts. Standard prices are higher than competitors', but sale prices beat competitors' sale prices. Frequent double coupon weekends add to the savings even more. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Harris Teeter is really a very nice grocery store. It's modern, up to date, has plenty of employees that are so happy to take you to the exact aisle and exact location where to find things. There is an employee that stays in the area at the door who is very friendly and will show you which buggy to take because it's been disinfected for you. It's clean and friendly. Shop there! Great food too!

Normally a fine place for regular shopping but today the customer service employee lied to my face about an item I left at checkout when I told her I was going to come back and get my card and asked if it was ok to leave it there. She said yes and then pretended like nothing ever happened and didn't know where it was. It was the last sandwich item left for that night and not a big deal if someone else wants to eat it. I just didn't think it was respectful to be lied to. That same night I purchased eggs and one of them was messed up and either rotten or expired. It appeared to have a chewy consistency and was breaking apart. Most eggs I buy from there are fine but this one wasn't. Two bad strikes in one night! Fortunately the other employee there refunded me for the eggs but the items I left where nowhere to be found. What kind of customer likes being lied to? I shop there regularly and lived nearby for years.
