I love taking my pet to Animal Health Center of Rolla! The visits are stress free and very informative. They take the time to get to know the needs of every individual pet and address the concerns of the owners. My dog is very timid at the vet and I am always surprised when the vet and vet tech sit down on the floor and patiently wait for her to warm up to them.
The only thing that could have made the whole experience better would have been more accessible payment plans, not having to go through a third party. It was only thanks to all the kind donations to the clinic that I was able to afford my puppy's treatment. Other than that, everything was fabulous.
Had to take our dog for surgery to remove a growth on her gum. Dr Smith saw her and did her surgery. Dr Smith and her associates were very friendly and explained everything to us. Loved the service and the care they gave to her. I felt like everyone who worked there truly cared about animals and this was not just a job. I would definitely recommend Animal Health Center of Rolla to anyone!
I think all of you there is doing a WONDERFUL job (as always)! I want to tell you that I am so grateful for the care and love you show my Buddyboy. And especially during this time with the Covid-19 epidemic. I love how you are working hard to keep my baby and myself as safe as possible. Best veterinarian and vet tech team. I don’t trust anyone else the same with my dog. Fair pricing and seek to tell you honestly what you can and need to do for your pet not just what will benefit them
