Unprofessional !!! Unprofessional !!! Unprofessional...simply unprofessional!!! I know everyone’s work may not be the same, but if you don’t know what you are doing, let someone come in that does!!! My aunt looked horrible, If I have anything to do with it, they will never touch another one of my family members...and we are not even going to start about the rude director and the always unavailable owner....ugh!!!!
Have to say that the staff was very friendly and understanding during this difficult time. Thank you so much for helping me and my mother pull through every step of the way.
