Olympia was wonderfully thoughtful, transparent, and helpful. I placed an order for sympathy flowers to be delivered during covid times, they called to confirm my shipment (a bit beyond their local deliveries) and additional cost, or to even offer some local florists closer to the funeral home I was ultimately sending too. Unfortunately I called them back a bit late, which I could tell logistically was something they would have to figure out, but they commented that I would've been stuck because most florists were closing at the time I called back, and they just took care of everything for me. Thank you!!

I absolutely love this florist! It is always my go to. I don't live in Boston anymore but my family still does so I always use Olympia for any flowers sent to someone back home. They're very reasonably priced, always trust worthy and on time, and their flowers are absolutely stunning each and every time.

MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! I ORDERED A BIRTHDAY BOUQUET TO BE DELIVERED AT A CERTAIN TIME AND I HAD TO CALL TO LOCATE MY ORDER. THE DRIVER HAD TO RE ROUTE TO GET TO ME FIRST AND ARRIVED A HALF HOUR LATE JUST TO HAVE MY FLOWERS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG APARTMENT! GOOD THING HE CALLED TO CONFIRM IF I RECEIVED THEM OTHERWISE A TOTAL STRANGER WOULD HAVE HAD FREE FLOWERS! THE COMMUNICATION WAS COMPLETELY MISSED AND ONE OF THE FLOWERS WERE BENT UPON ARRIVAL!!

It is SO hard for me to write this review. I considered it heavily before posting it. But every time I look at the pictures, it just makes me mad. She (the recipient) doesn't know what they were suppose to look like (and I sure as heck am not showing her) but I do.nnI understand they have had back-to-back services. I understand that substitutions can and will be made...nnBut I did NOT expect almost every flower and plant to be substituted and the count to be barely a quarter of the product advertised. Heck, even the vase isn't the one advertised!nnI paid like $130 bucks for a premium rainbow bouquet and below is the side-by-side. The number one reason I ordered this particular flower arrangement is because this was the only one I could find across 7 sites/stores open on Sunday for same-day delivery that had an abundance of yellow and BLUE. It's very hard to find blue in a pleasing bouquet. Sadly, while blue and yellow are abundant in the pictured product, there was some 'um this is kinda blue' purple flowers and a few yellow roses. There are 19 roses in the advertisement. A handful in what was delivered and no spray. ...I Googled every flower in the description and I think there are like 4 in the arrangement? I can not for the life of me find that white flower that litters the vase, that wasn't even a color of the advertised arrangement. I spent two hours searching for it, using reverse Google image searches, nature apps, everything. I have no idea what it is except to say it looks like the common weeds/wildflowers here in Florida you find on hikes or in overgrown yards.nnTheir site says orders before 3 can be made same day iirc. By noon I hadn't received any sort of confirmation so I called to make sure everything was alright. The man on the line said they were swamped, wedding I believe that day, and he hadn't even seen the computer orders and asked what I had ordered. I told him and he said would be able to do that one and get it out today.nnIf he had in any way indicated that there would be 90% substitutions due to lack of product and a severe downgrade in count, I would have cancelled my order and went with someone else, no harm no foul. Even a call back to let me know most of what I ordered was unavailable and asking if I wanted to continue. Again, no harm no foul. But instead he went through with the order.nIt's quite large and it's lovely...but it sure as heckin heck heck is not a one-hundred-thirty dollar RAINBOW bouquet.nnI do want to give credit where credit is due though and offer praise to whoever delivered the bouquet. My friend was a bit late getting home and he wanted to ensure she received her bouquet and checked in with me. Even if it was a bit because his butt was on the line, I still appreciate that he took responsibility for it. I called him back when it was received.nnI also want to say that a friend of mine ordered a local arrangement here in Florida and experienced almost the exact same thing on Monday. 70% reduction in advertised flowers and too many substitutions. In the comments, Teleflora was discussed. So it appears that that network is just shoddy overall. If you're looking for flowers, maybe avoid anything in that network.nnSo yeah, bottom line is I guess to ask some follow-up questions about flower availability (which I honestly thought they would have the sense to call a customer when they got to the point where half of it was going to be substituted...letalone MOST of it...maybe that's my misguided assumption).

The owner seemed nice. They have a decent selection for the size of the store.
