Dear Aschwin,nI just saw your review today. I hope I can reply your review.n“Upgrades” is an option for purchasing merchandise. It is available for most of flower arrangement. It just an option when the customer needs it.nFrom picking fresh cut flowers and send to the local flower shop it takes at least two to three days refrigerated transportation and also some of them must go through U.S agriculture customs inspections.nI have no idea where those bugs come from. Flower is not fruit or food They don't grow bugs. Fresh cut flowers will rot but even they rot still wouldn't have bugs. I have been florist business for more than 10 years but I never found bugs growing in cut flowers.

This is a scam! They have several upgrades at checkout which apparently affords you the opportunity of getting the best pick of the flowers and largest bunch. Despite paying for all the upgrades, the flowers delivered to my mother's house were nearly dead, eaten into by bugs and arrived in a terrible state. I have written to the company 3 times in the past 1.5 months and received no acknowledgement. Terrible service, terrible flowers and a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER

I placed a next day delivery order for my mom on her birthday. They were delivered when they said they would be and my mom loved them!

Dishonest staff. Deplorable service. I ordered roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The order was placed 2 weeks in advance. The delivery was a day late and the presentation was horrendous (nothing like the image sold on their website). There were random spruce branches mixed in as filler! Who mixes spruce tree branches with roses? When I called the next day to address the issue, I was told staff would call me back after they looked into it. Never got a call back. These guys are disgraceful. I would urge you to avoid this fraudulent business.
